5/1 Honey AMPS 401, +6 376, PMPS 321

Good luck with the reducie Julie!
Thanks! I have a question. I figured that is Leo in the picture, but I always thought Maine Coons were the striped with very long fur? I didn’t know they came in different varieties. He is a handsome boy, just never would have known he was a Maine Coon being solid color.

LOL, Ya, I know! It’s what was written on his adoption papers and I didn’t know the breed and didn’t check. It was only after joining the this forum and seeing so many main coons that I noticed he didn’t really look like the others, but my signature was done and I had other things to worry about. He has a lot of the characteristics though, he’s a very large cat, ideal weight 18lbs, 40 inches from between his ears to the start of his tail, he acts dogie like and greets everyone at the door, he’s very vocal and answers back when talked to, gentle giant etc… so he could be part Maine coon and something else, I'm really not sure. When we lived in Burlington, he made friends with a mother raccoon and her babies. We used to joke and say he was part Ra coon.

Haha Ra coon. Yes, I hear they are big cats, 40 inches, wow, maybe he is part mountain lion, lol. My kitty just got up to 8 lbs, and I’d guess 15 inches ears to start of tail. Definitely no Maine Coon in my cat:joyful:

OMG! I was wondering mountain lion? Then I realized what I typed! I measured him this morning and read the wrong side of the tape! It's more like 20 inches, LOL! I should just go back to bed, I'm probably a danger to myself and everyone else today! :p

After I thought about it I figured that number had to be off or he would be the size of a pony and probably in the Guinness records, LMAO:joyful:
