Hello!

He rose up a little last night which allowed me to get some much desperately needed sleep. However my cough had other ideas, waking me up. >_> Cough syrup to the rescue!

Blue again this morning. I'll get a +2 to see where he's heading today.

Sadly, today is the one year anniversary of one of my cat's death. Unfortunately rather traumatically thanks to some dogs which I didn't get outside fast enough to stop after witnessing them attacking. Misty was an outdoor cat mostly, but came in for food and scritches and when it was too cold. Cutest grey tabby and fluffy. I called her Fluff a lot when calling her in. She'd run up and meet me when I got out of my car after arriving home. She was a good cat. So I'm remembering her today.

Uh can I leave the house to go jogging for what sunlight is left? Or should I stay home to watch this number?

I should have taken a +5. Though he ate 1/2 can of FF around +5 I think. The seafood feast one.

I'd give him some MC or HC food. If you're not going to be gone for much more than an hour, it should be fine.

What would be considered MC? Like 10%? All I have are the gravy ones for HC and what I usually feed them which is the Fancy Feast pates.

I think you can mix some HC with the FF pate to make MC...

Ok. I did test at 20mins after and it was 69. I gave most of a tsp with beef with gravy and some beef pate I believe about a tsp of that. Both came over when I popped those cans open. I'm going out. I'll be back within the hour. I'll test as soon as I get back.

I'm kinda bewildered. As I was driving down my road to get to the main road, I saw a kitten in the middle of the road. Turned around, pulled over and picked up the kitten. She was young, but her eyes were open. I don't think she was even six weeks old. (I'm calling her she, but I didn't check the gender.) One guy pulled over as well, as he had swerved to keep from hitting the kitten. He offered to take the kitten home to his girlfriend. If they didn't keep her, they would take her to the vet tomorrow morning. He had a cat already so I'm hoping he knew how to take care of a kitten. If not, there is always the internet. I'm hoping she found a good home. She was adorable what little I manage to see of her. It was getting dark fast and I didn't think to grab a flashlight out of the car.

I did end up going to town real quick, but just so bewildered that I found a kitten in the middle of the road. Especially since I lost one today a year ago. We're a side road so we don't get a lot of traffic but there were two cars passing me after I picked up the kitten. I saw dogs sniffing around near where I found her as I drove back so I'm real glad I found her before they did.

Great night for his numbers. I just get to be bewildered at a kitten. :)

Yes... great numbers....

finding a kitten is always scary and fun at the same time.
If you have a shelter, you might check and see if it shows up there in a day or two.
Unless, you know you don't need more right now.

My ds begs me for a kitten but it would cause too many problems for Shadow. He can wait until he moves out. ( he's 21 :roll: )

If I could keep a kitten right now I totally would have kept that one. My dad would be not amused, but I have two cats already and I don't think they would like a kitten. :)

That's a good idea about the shelter.

PMPS is 227.

Figures. :) But that's how he's been for the last few nights at PMPS so on as normal. I'll check the +2 as usual.
