I haven't been able to check in for a while, mostly because of work, and Skipper's been ill. He has been vomiting his breakfast almost immediately after eating it. The vet prescribed metoclopramide (Reglan) and we started it yesterday before dinner. I don't know what is in it, but Skipper was like his old self last night -- talking constantly, getting into stuff, playing with his pink mousie, and eating like a horse. He even ate some wet food! The bad thing is the pill has to be given 30 minutes before a meal, which means I have to set the alarm for 4 am, give him the pill, then try to go back to sleep for a half-hour. Otherwise, he'd have to wait to get the pill until 6:30 am and not eat till 7, and I think that's a long time to wait considering he's eaten at 4:35 am for years. Any thoughts?
And, no vomiting this morning, so I'll take it!
