You need at least one more cycle before an increase. Getting either a full curve (every 2 hrs) or a mini-curve (every 3 hrs) is your choice. You're doing great with getting AM numbers.
Can you get any PM spot checks? Often numbers are lower at night so it will help to know what's going on if you have at least one test in the PM cycle. Likewise, you miss half of your data if you don't test at night.
If Meadow has a UTI, her numbers will be elevated so I'm really glad you scheduled the vet appt. (Just remember, you want them to get a sterile sample and run a C & S.) Try to get a ketone test. The presence of an infection plus high numbers can be a trigger for ketones.
