Bud could just be clearing a bounce from the 56 the other day. It's been a while since she's seen green. A bounce sometimes takes three days to clear, so hang in there.

I agree with Marcy. Don't panic over the 413 this AM either. It's normal. With all the stuff she has going on, .5U is probably a better dose so she doesn't go low if she doesn't eat much. You may be right about the old vial still.

i'm just wondering why the dose was raised in june...he seems to do better on .05, .10 or even .25, no?

It looks like her best dose might be between .5 and .75u, but she did so well on much lower doses just 6 weeks ago, that I wonder if even .5u is too much. But for now, because the other medications are probably effecting her numbers (chemo usually has prednisone in it and that raises numbers) try .5u to see if she settles.

The other thing I notice is that the dose increases from .4u to .5u to .6u to .75u were pretty fast.
