Look at that! Maybe the pancreas is saying, "oh, you want me to WORK again, do you?"
Hope the vet visit goes ok. On her appetite, is she not eating enough or just eating less? I wonder if less exogenous insulin lowers appetite - the body senses that it doesn't have to eat to keep up BG in the face of a "foreign" hormone that might cause a BG drop? That's is just speculation, of course, but Beau also eats less now (he needs to eat more as he could use some more weight, if it's muscle mass).

Yeah, I wonder the same thing as Sheila about the food intake. But her teeth may still need attention, so good that you're taking her in.
