Maverick brought out his pink winter jacket yesteday, he was pretty flat for the am cycle, which was not a bad thing, since I was kept busy shovelling snow :rolleyes:

@Alicia & Maggie , I tried out the Halo Spot's Pate (chicken) yesterday, and the boys liked it! It has a nice pate consistency, not too dry. I thought it was better to try it now, while I still have some old label Wellness, just in case it was a flop. So far, so good ;)

Thanks for the update and glad they liked it! I sent email to Halo, Purrfect Bistro, Tiki, and Holistic asking for the phosphorous content of all their pate foods. I saw a link for Darwin's raw food while I was searching, so I asked them for additional information. I'll share the info they give me in case it's useful to others. Great start for Mav! :cool:
 
I heard it was =15 in Calgary today. Brr!:eek: I'll taking raking leaves to shoveling snow any day.

I like that Mr. Greenie is less of a stranger these days. :D

Good to hear you might have an alternative to Wellness. My rowing coaches kitties were Wellness Chicken only kitties with the old formula and I've been helping him try to find new ones. I did put the Halo pate on the list. I'd getting really hard to find old formula cans around now.
