? 4 Different BG numbers @ +11

I just did a +11 on Diamond and it was 133. I thought that was high so I did it again and got 162. Yikes what’s going on. The first test was the last strip in the bottle. I also got blood from the inside edge of ear instead of outside. Both test one and two I used blood from one prick because he still had blood on ear when I went to retest.
Test 3 was 117 and test 4 was 120. Those I took blood from a single prick as well but from on the outside of the ear.
What number do I use?

All four numbers fit within the plus or minus 20% meter allowance. Choose whichever number you like.
