I did occasionally spot Neko's Lev nadirs as late as +15. However, I see he answered the question at +4. Looks like that was his onset.

So do you think this is just a normal dose difference between Lantus and Levemir, or is this the antibodies not reacting to Lev as much?

I think there are some confused antibodies in the picture. Typically people end up around the same Lev dose as with Levemir and this is 30% lower. But I have seen one other case with an IAA kitty where the switch started the drop down dose slide. He was also an acro kitty (suspected not tested). And unfortunately Cobb's spreadsheet is no longer available to show you. :( The Lantus depot is pretty much gone by now, this is Lev talking.

OK, so this is outside the normal range of Lantus-Lev differences. Figures. Oberon can't do anything normally.

Back up now thanks to some HC. I have a feeling I'll have to prop him up all night. (Tim gets to take over at about +7.) I'm waiting to change for bed just in case HC and honey aren't enough and we have to pop over to the emergency vet. Normally I'm comfortable riding out his lows, but here we really don't know what he's going to do so I want to be prepared. Not really expecting it to get that bad, but he likes to surprise me.
