Morning! Maggie is now sleeping on the bed with me instead of the living room which is a nice change. She's been up for a while and playing, but is now bed back in bed sleeping. All P's in place, and I found another food that spikes her bg, even though the charts say it is low carb - Sophisticat Mixed Grill! So in the bag it goes for Petco's donation collection for Animeals. No visits from the wandering kitty last night. Happy Caturday!

Great AMPS for Maggie! I also noticed that the Sophisticat mixed grill caused Simon's bg to spike. After giving him 2 cans of it, I got rid of the rest. Have a great day and hoping that Maggie continues to have great numbers.

Happy Caturday!!!! What a nice green surf for Miss Maggie today. Libby once said she thinks sometimes it's not necessarily what the % carb the food is supposed to be but what is in it. I fed Gracie a supposed 4% carb food different from her Wellness and it skyrocketed her BG. So we stick with Wellness now. Have a great day!

Hi, Ann - Always amazes me how these foods can have such unexpected effects. I was just remembering when Kitty started reacting to the FF Tender Beef. Months and months with no problems, then suddenly he spiked. Switched foods...BG down. Go figure!

I cannot believe how late i am in posting here. unreal - I kept getting distracted, and the family came over (always a good thing)....
