Don't worry about it. You're getting a feel for how Frankie responds, makes the picture clearer, which makes it easier to decide on what to shoot when. Frankie will go back to the good numbers. Continued thoughts for your dear friend Chubby.

Oh man, I'm so sorry to read that Chubby isn't well! I wasn't on much yesterday so I missed it... Sending lots of healing vines and snowflakes to him! I bet you were terrified, I would have been. We'll all be waiting on the edge of our seats for the update this morning. Skritches to the kitties and {{Hugs}} to you Jay.

To all those that have been asking
I just spoke to the Vet. He is doing a lot better today then yesterday, fluids definitely helped as he was very dehydrated.

The doc has no dx for me yet, but is running an utlra sound as he had some fluids in his abdomen that made reading the xrays difficult.

I'm going home (leaving my office at 12) to get to the Vet to see the little ****. (yeah he's a little **** for putting me through this)

Jay (thats my docs name too) mentioned to me that he was a little aggressive with some of the girls in the office. That was music to my ears. Like father like son.

Heheh I call mine lil' ***** too when they stress me out. Still sending lots of healing vines and snowflakes to the Chub man. You might explain to him that he'll catch more hunnies with honey than with claws ;) I mean, yeah, girls do like bad boys but we also like 'em sweet sometimes too. Where he is... sweet will work better ;) Sweet and puny works even better to get sympathy from the girls. Tugger can give him lessons if he wants. Tugger knows how to play that card... very well :lol:

Are you bringing Chubby's favorite flowers when you visit the little sh*t? LOL...Hope he does better and better and that you get a diagnosis soon. It's always good to find out what you are dealing with....thanks for updating. We are thinking of you all! :YMHUG:

I jsut saw my boy at the Vet. He looks so much better then he did yesterday, even with bandages around his leg and an IV (fluid) in his arm.

Spoke to the Vet.

He has a tumor in his liver which burst yesterday.

They need to do a biopsy (it appears the bleeding has stopped) if its benign we are golden. If its not, its not something i want to think about as those cells that burst are all over his abdomin.

They are sending out the fluid today and of course with no guarantee he needs to be operated on to remove the growth.

We talked about dollars, and even though its costly, he's my buddy and I told the doc to do what he has to to at the very least give Chubby a shot at a few more years. If its benign we are back in biz and he'll be off the disabled list in 6 weeks, before the All-Star break.

Oy, this isnt what I bargained for when someone left the two of them in a box in my apartment with a note on the box "just till bide a wee, calls" That was 13 years ago and I am still waiting for the call.

You are awesome. I hope you never get the call. These two are much better off with you than anywhere else. Sending lots and lots of healing vines and blizzards of snowflakes to Chubby and lighting a candle that everything will come back benign and that 6 weeks from now we'll be throwing Chubby a party when he's off the disabled list!

Seems like we always get more than we thought we would when we let our kitties into our families. They're such a part of us. Fingers crossed that it's benign and he's back to himself in no time!

Poor little Chubby...having that burst like that! Oh my....so good that he looked better when you saqw him. Thinking of you all and hoping for the best possible result. Those kitties are very lucky they were left with you....awwww...what a way to adopt kitties, eh?

I'm the lucky to have had them pick me to take care of them. They've been thru 3 moves with me, my own business, 3 jobs, and consequently 3x being unemployed for months on end. They've been thru at least 3 short term girl friends and countless dates. They've put up with me taking them with me when I went skiing every weekend for 3 seasons and all my mishegas (yiddish for nuttiness). So who is lucky?

Chubby is a fighter (i'm the pussycat, I was up half the nigh worrying, he was probably sleeping) one way or the other the 3 of will get thru this.

More like they adopted me, They had me the minute they climbed out of the box and marched right to my bed
