4/8 Smokey PMPS 379

Morning everyone..

Smokey rose up like I thought he would all night.. So, while I know he didn't get too low yesterday, I just want to verify how much juice to give him today.. if you guys could let me know that'd be great.

I have to go feed my princess... While Smokey was dx and very sick he was hanging out downstairs alot where my bedroom and living area is, so he was getting fed there, and of course getting alot more attention than "normal".. so my calico Gizmo, hears food being plated up, and has gotten in the habit of sitting at the bottom of the stairs waiting to be "served" LOL!!!

These kitty's and their different personalities crack me up!

Hope everybodys getting some good numbers this morning!! Talk to you all in a little bit!

With the diet switch lets scale his dose back for a few days so we can see where the diet change is going to take him...I would go with 1.5u for the next week unless you get a super low...you just removed a big chunk of carbs out of his diet, rather go a little lower than he may need than risk hypo.

Thanks again Mel! I was thinking the same thing, but I wanted to see what you and others thought first. It's hard for me to tell how much of the drop was food and how much was insulin because they most likely started working around the same time..
 
My blue eyed boy seems to be staying steady today.

Hopefully tomorrow his body will cooperate and maybe give us some blues!
