(LOTS! I just love ), and Happy TUNA Tuesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP, kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is TUNA TUESDAY!!! In honor of Tuna Tuesday, once again Lola and Bug, aka Paw Prints Pizza, will make their famous triple tuna pies, with tuna and nip infused crust, tuna toppings, and now triple tuna infused cheese. YUMMMMMMMM! It's tradition!, and these pizza pies totally rock! and as a side benefit we have TUNA WATER too! so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crystallized oranges and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... OH! forget it... no tuna mochas. BLECH!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here! We made 71 here, under blue sunny skies. What a great day weather wise - just gorgeous out there, it was so nice to be out without a coat. SWEET! The rangers station at the park here was reporting 76, but I kinda wonder on that. Today will be a little cooler, and back to the rains later in the day. so.... out yesterday was a must. Too nice not too. I had breffis with my son Anthony, made a trek to the shore at Meadowdale, and went to my son's band show in the evening. What a busy but fun day.
here's what I wrote yesterday about the day: "Hi everyone! I hope your day is going along well. it has been fun here. I met my son, Anthony, for breffis this morning. Thank gawd he sent me a text to remind me, I almost forgot! :shock: :roll: We normally go on Tuesdays, but tomorrow morning Bug goes in for his dental and well... I'd rather do breffis, but the dental took priority, so Anthony and I went today. it was fun, as it always is. They have such good food there: pancake and eggs and bacon for him; farmers omelet, loaded with ham and bacon and sausage for me. Major YUM! The weather here today has been glorious! It is sunny, blue skies and warm at 69. What a nice spring day. I decided about noon, after tending to the yard some and mowing the lawn, that a walk through the woods, along Lunds Gulch Creek, and a trip to the shore at Meadowdale would be much more fun. SO off I went. It sure was nice down there. lot of other folks thought so too! :roll: It was rather busy! Have a great evening everyone! My youngest son, Matt, the rock and roll guitar dude, and the band he is a member of (Fallen Angels), is playing a show tonight: Fallen Angels, and Fallen Angels (video). 
So I am off to see that in a few. I am glad that they are playing at 9:30, and not midnight! " The show actually was great. The videos recorded rather well, considering how small the place was, etc. Matt is the guy on the right, Metallica T-Shirt, lead guitar, long hair. :lol: : they all have long hair! he is the lead guitar that you hear. Warning: they are a metal band, so loud, fast, crazy.
Today is Bug's dental day. Poor Bug.... he will so not be happy with me. It will be OK Little man, you will see.... in and out before you even know you have been anywhere. OH SURE :shock: :shock: :shock: says the cat. Bug is very nervous when he has to go to the vetty, scared is an understatement, so we will be as reassuring as we can. His teeth are not in too bad of shape, but I wanted to get them in good shape before any serious issues develop. While he is down and out they will also get a piddle sample for a urinalysis, and check his anal glands. A few of his levels in the BW panel were slightly elevated during his yearly exam, so we will check little Bugsy's pee to see if it will tell us anything,. He's been "scooting" on occasion too, so I will have the check his glands as well. Paws crossed for a routine dental for Bug! and that he doesn't pee all over the vet techs before they get his sample.... :roll: :lol: The kitties are major upset with the mama bean this morning: NO BREFFIS! Lola was mad enough that she knocked over a plant from a table, dirt is everywhere. She got the be patient lecture and feel for your brother. :roll:
Normalcy in MusketeerVille! The kitties were good kitties yesterday, even Lola, for the most part...Lola will always be Lola. It was nice enough yesterday that Elsa made a few trips outside. It was so cool to see the old gal sunbathing on the deck railing, walking in the grass, just enjoying being outdoors. Gosh that so reminded me of Mannie. It does every time I let her out... He loved that backyard. Funny, Elsa continues to take over some of his "paths". That is kinda cool. She spent alot of time on the railing, face up to the sun. Really a nice time for her. And she didn't want to come in! After my walk/hike to the shore came home to find out that Lola had disconnected the internet yet again. Seems she too wanted out and used the modem as a springboard to reach the open window. HAHA: foiled by the screen.... in the process she knocked the connection loose. well.... in all fairness I can't say for sure that it was her, but guilty by reputation! :lol: :lol: Bug and Elsa were also up on that window sill, using anything to stand on and jockey for position. Nah.... it was Lola! :lol: Normalcy in MusketeerVille!
Have a great day everyone. It is a "vetty" day for me - we will work around the house while I wait for the vetty to call on Bug. There is lots to do here, so the day shall not be wasted, ;-) Plus - it is haircut morning.
