4/8 Emma AMPS 336, +3 339, +6 442 - Dosing Help Needed

Hi all. I hope you guys are doing well. Emma is having a rough day. We've been on vacation for the last week and a half and while gone Emma stayed at the vet. I got random testing from them, but most of the time she was there she was in the 280s AM and PMPS. Today... she is way off track. 422 at +6!!!! I don't know what to think. Any suggestions? Should I up her dose? Is it stress? I have no idea what is up right now.

Is this her first day home? If so, I would wait a couple of days to see if the number comes down on its own. Could be stress, or it could be that her number is high because she was going low and bouncing. I wouldn't make any changes until you can do a little testing and see what is going on.
