Max ate a spoonful of baby food and got his BP med at +10.5. His AMPS was 15 minutes early so I can work my way back to his regular time as I stalled 30 minutes yesterday. He is still bouncing or else the reduction is less than he needs. :? He was crying for food early this morning which is why he got the baby food and I tested first to see if he was low. It was better than his AMPS so maybe his night Nadir was in the yellow or blue. Happy Monday. At least I got some much needed sleep last night. :smile:
Coming down and he ate at +2. Let's slowly get into blue numbers please Max.

Since I am home today and very lazy, I am spreading Max's food out a bit to see if he can gradually come down and avoid another bounce. I fed him at pre-shot, and +1, again now at +6 a small amount. If my theory is right, it is best he not drop any more this cycle. I have a little more of his day amount of food left for a little later. I know it is also not good to feed too much after +6 so he hopefully won't climb back up to 300 or more. He sure is shedding a lot.

It's great to see Max get back to low blues so soon after his reduction. :-D

Shedding season has started here too. Ugh!

HI Elise, I'm glad you got some rest last night. It does a bean good :-D . I too have shedding in my house...I think I could build a new cat here from all the extra fur :lol: . It's hot in So. Cal all the time, well almost but I still feel like Max sheds more at some times than others. Let's see what he does with his high yellow tonight. Thanks for checking in Wendy and Rachel.

So much for clearing the bounce. His appetite is off too. I stopped the cerenia today after giving it to him Saturday and Sunday. I think I will give him ondansetron tomorrow just in case he is having a panc attack unless he picks up tonight or early in the morning like usual.

Did he not clear the bounce or did he bounce again? I guess it doesn't much matter but he isn't coming down at all.

My mom is getting a little stronger but has many challenges. Thanks for asking, Julie.
