For some reason Trix has decided to be a little bouncy this morning after a very lovely flat green run. Oh well, I guess everyone needs a break now and then! She is feeling happy, energetic, and radiant :-D !

After speaking with my vet yesterday (details in yesterday's condo), we felt very comfortable with starting the ACE Inhibitor (benazipril....yet another thing I have to try to remember how to spell and probably just got wrong :lol: :roll: ohmygod_smile !) - 2.5mg twice a day. Since she loves her FortiFlora-dusted Pill Pockets, she has been taking it like a champ. I think it has made her even MORE excited about shot time, because she knows she gets these new special treats after her shot!

I know a lot of you saw this on FaceBook last night, but here is a rare shot of ALL my furbabies in one spot. They often snooze near each other, but it is unusual for all of them to be so close that it is possible to get all of them in a nice portrait like this. (I was actually sitting next to Petey on the couch, but fortunately I was "cropable"...it was first thing in the morning, and it showed :lol: !)

Come on down Trixie. No bounces! Great news on the ACE inhibitor. I'm glad she is so excited to take it.

Woot, we have a blue surfin' kitty this morning. It is not too bad actually, just a few BG's away from those greens. it's nice she chose blue for her resting color, and not one of the others. ;-)

Good luck with the ACE inhibitor. I hope that works out well for Trixie. It is so cool that she takes her meds sow ell. GO TRIXIE!

LOVE the photos. It is so nice you have one now with all of them together. it really is a great photo!

Hi Amy, paws crossed for the ACE Inhibitor to help Trixie in many ways. Sounds like you have a great Vet, and she works with you and answers all your questions. I love the pic of all your furry babies. That's definitely a keeper. Hugs and scritches from us.

Since she was running mid-blues and I was running majorly late this morning, I gave Trix a pokey break. She brought it down nicely for PMPS!

I love the picture. You have such cute furbabies. I hope the ACE inhibitor helps. That's great she likes taking it.

I love the pictures of all your kitties. They are so cute and peaceful. I am glad she is able to take the meds with no problem.

Love, love the photo, on FB and here :-D . Hopefully Trixie will give you a nice flat blue/high green tonight to promote rest for the beans ;-) .

I'm glad she's taking her new meds so well, good girl! cat_pet_icon . I have to figure out a new way...we may just have to learn how to try the dreaded pill popper again :o . Have a great evening guys! Oh, and give all those sweet kitty faces some kisses from me :-D

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pic!!!! How sweet that they like to be near each other. awwwww. Glad she's excited about shot time/pill pocket time. Shasta was on benaz. for a while. I use to catch her while she was laying down...I'd roll her onto her back and pop it in her mouth. It was the easiest pill EVER! She got so smart to those pill pockets, I had to just go "fingers in mouth" with her!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: Hope you and your gaggle of cats have a great night!
