Getting a late start this morning: the party was great and we ate and drank too much!

Poor Rusty got an "ouchie" shot this morning and it may have been a partial fur shot. But he's fine and once again wanted his "lung treat" before his schmooze, not after. He sat in the "treat spot" and meowed. He does love that Allerplex (which smells like bouillon cubes and probably has that strong, beefy taste; interesting that it agrees with him, because he can't eat beef without throwing it right up).

It is a warm day with high winds. We are about to venture forth to the health food store. Gotta get moving. Going btb doesn't get your day started right!!

(look for the tiny pink speck near the center of the picture. The chair is one of those huge, "giant-size" chairs used for promotions.

The Allerplex sounds like Fortiflora. It also smells like beef bouillon. I wonder if it's salty. I've not tasted it.

Wonder if your boy plans on a dip in the lagoon today. Brrrrrr! :mrgreen:

nice start to the day for Rusty. I'm glad he continues to like the Allerplex and I am assuming it makes him breathe better still? I think it is also working for Tobey but he's not quite as fond of it as Rusty :lol: but he's a little trooper anyway.

glad the party went well and you all had fun. sounds like today will be a lovely spring day.

sorry I've been missing your condo....I've missed many lately....I have been working extra hours and am now trying to catch up.

have a great day. btw...did your cimmamum supply get raided? I noticed Tobes had some cimmamum on his whiskers this morning ;-)

Beautiful start for Rusty! I expect he will be at the lagoon in no time. :-D

It is so great that Rusty loves his treat -sure does make it alot easier, doesn't it? I think it is funny that he wants it before he gets his schmooze. It must taste really good!

Nice on the warm there, not so nice on the high winds... we are raining - alot! wet wet wet out there.

Way to go Lagoonmeister! Guess it wasn't a PFS after all ;-) Glad Rusty is enjoying the Allerplex, Kiz LOVED it, too, and would lick his bowl clean. DH says it smells like Thai food, it has a lot of the same ingredients ;-) Maybe I can use the leftover capsules to make dinner :lol: Have a great day, guys!

Nice to see Rusty visited the lagoon today. I'm glad you had a good time at the party last night. It looks like it will be quite a while before the chair drops.

So THAT'S the chair! I've wondered about this continuing saga :-)

Nice green there Rusty, must be mellow hanging at the radiator, guy. Too bad on the ouchy, but it looks like it worked!

methinks you need a repeat performance tonite!

you'd think a bright pink chair would see some action..... :lol:
 
I think all the numbers after the 75 this morning at +5 reflect the fur shot I must have given at AMPS. It is Rusty's pattern to keep rising, even after a subsequent shot. (Lev. has a different time frame from Lantus.)

Rusty is playing vigorously with his bell balls and his mice tonight. It's the most energy he's had today. Great to see him play.

p.s. today is Billie Holiday's birthday and we have been listening to the Billie Holiday birthday broadcast on WKCR, the Columbia Univ. station: playing her music since 6 p.m. Saturday and going until 6 a.m. tomorrow (Monday). Great stuff!
 
Well, drat on a fur shot. I'm sure he'll recover soon, right, Rusty? Thanks for the pictures of the chair. :-D Does someone fish it out of the lake after it falls in? Happy Birthday, Billie!
