Yesterday's OTJ Day 4 Condo

Good Morning LL!

Leo is whacking his turbo scratcher, and again amused himself with last week's Toy of the Week, the blue plastic strip you pull to open the milk jug. I LOVES that fing! :-D Clearly I need to drink more milk!!!

I'm off to my granddaughter's Christening today, so I won't be back for all your silliness until later in the day.

Thank you to all the visits yesterday and last night after I crashed. Kathie, Mary and Stella, Mary and Oliver, Carla, Katie, Ann & Tess, Ella, Anne/Liz, Josie, Dyana, Kat, Marje, Wendy, Rhiannon, Michelle & Mannie, Karen and Courtney. You all are so inspirational and supportive and I could just cry at all your love and enthusiasm. And silly pictures too :-D

Beautiful pictures :smile: That's funny that Leo likes the plastic ring from the milk jug, My Smokey LOVES those too. I saw a similar toy in a pet store for almost $4, :lol:

I hesitate to buy many cat toys because my cats do the same thing. They ignore the store bought toy and play with the paperwad or straw or plastic strip from the milk jug. :lol:

Happy day 5 guys! Trail looks fantastic! I can only imagine how beautiful it will be when the leaves fill in! I can smell the fresh air from here....nice!

Hello - back from a lovely Christening for my beautiful DGD! Of course, I cried. She was sooooo good. It was great to see family.

I returned to find a VERY lazy cat asleep in his bed. Front paws and legs sprawled out the front of the bed (I can never catch that on the camera). I have to d a bit of work for tomorrow, but a couple of hours of crashing are in order.

Hi Ann - cool - glad they came through. Leo is basking in his delightfulness. Asleep during the excitement! LOL! I just told Leo what you said and he actually stopped cleaning his back paw to look at me. :lol:

Hi Michelle and Mannie - it was a great day - thanks. It was out near the water and it was a crystal clear day over the water. Still a bit chilly but we could walk around with only a light sweater ... so as much as it wants to delay, spring will finally get here in full! Ok I just told Leo what you said, and he's still cleaning his foot. Sigh. Sorry :-D

Hi Kathie - I know on the $4 toy - I've seen something similar too! Well, you can't blame someone for trying to knock off a great idea and charge for it! I just told Leo what you said, and he's laying in a circle. He waved his tail in response. No bad! :-D

Hi Rhiannon - I told Leo what you said, and still in his rolled-up sleep position, he flicked his ear AND switched his tail. You rock!

Hi Ann and Tess - Hello my baby, hello my honey, hello my rag time girl... :lol: :lol: :lol: That was a great Bugs Bunny cartoon! So I just sang the song to Leo and he whacked his tail twice. Not sure that was in pleasure or agony! :lol:

Hi Carla - I only buy certain toys that the cats love and have already destroyed previous versions. One of my older cats loved to whack a piece of hard linguine around. @-) I told Leo what you said, and he's slowly waved his tail. Twice. :lol:

Hi Ella - I told Leo what you said, and he lifted his head, licked his left arm twice and went back to sleep! :lol: :lol: :lol: I think that means you might be special, but who knows!

HI Courtney - Thanks - we had a wonderful day. I love my little girls! I told Leo what you said, and he's responding with another gentle tail wag. I think these wags are good. He's not WHACKING the bed :-D

HI Tara - Yes, I can't wait to take some pretty pictures with LEAVES on the trees! I'll post when that finally happens. I told Leo what you and I got another nice tail recognition wag. Clearly he's acknowledging the cheering crowds!

Day 5 and such a beautiful number for the ornery Leo!!!!

That trail looked wonderful. I am so ready for a hike and camping trip. Glad you had a nice morning at the christening.

Havea great week and give Leo lots of loves. Fur Ball is soooooo excited that Leo is on his trial so they can romp together at the falls!!!

Hmmm. He ate barely a third of his regular AM food, so a low value probably just because he didn't eat? He's eating his first dinner now.

I love the trail shot with the blue skies and green grass - it really says Spring is Here!
