I did plan on testing more in the wee hours last night, but when the alarm went off I said "I'll get up in a minute". I'm sure that's happened to many of us. Oh well, looks like Neko was doing a nice 90's surf last night.

Theo and Neko were trading beds last night. I'd get up and one would be in the new bed and the other in the old one. Next time I got up, the cats were reversed. Good to see Neko is letting the civie have dibs on the new one occasionally. :lol: It's been a typical Neko day so far. There's been a few purrs, puffs of fur in the hallway and kitchen from the whacking, but all is now forgiven as they snooze in the warmth of the solarium.

I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. And a big welcome to all the newcomers - it's seems we have a bunch of them lately.

Awww, sweet kitties, snooze together after the fur flew . I hope that sleepy you can figure out who is who for shot time, with them switching beds :lol: . What a nice night for Neko :mrgreen: ...I've done the I'll get up in a minute and wake up later bit too, of course :? . I hope you are all having a good Sunday!

It's hard to get up in the middle of the night. If I don't get up right away, I know I'll fall back asleep. Nice greens last night. I hope she didn't go too high today. How sweet Neko and Theo are trading the beds.

Today was definitely a good day for the solarium.

You're definitely not alone. "I'll get up in a minute" seems to be my official motto as of late. :YMSIGH:

I think Neko may be a bad influence on Jersey. I noticed that she was doing a bit of whacking on civie Chappy today. The fur bunnies were dancing across the floor. You all are right - they really do read and understand the condos! :lol:

I slept through quite a few alarms. Sometimes your body just says....not gonna happen lol Glad Neko was doing a nice surf for ya

Up until a few night ago I used to think that ending the cycle like this meant a nice blue surf tonight. But who knows - I sure don't. :lol: Momma could sure use the sleep tonight Missy Neko. Neko had a good day - she went outside for a little while this afternoon and watched hummingbird TV (bird feeder in the kitchen window) several times today - letting me know when one of them was there.

@Rachel, Carla, Mariko, Shelly, Janet - Where else can I admit I sleep through alarms and have a sympathetic audience.

wow, i'm so glad i never said "just another minute!" :lol: there's no logic in our heads in the middle of the night! i think everyone has done it!


we do have a lot of new folks don't we!

I was dozing on the couch one evening, but wanted to get in one more test about two hours later, so I set my cell phone alarm woke up and tested. I fell back asleep on the couch woke up in the morning, and checked the SS to remind myself what that middle-of-the-night test had been, and it wasn't there. Confused, I looked at the meter history, and it wasn't there either. I didn't actually get a test....I just dreamed I got a test! @-):

Not bad considering she hasn't onset yet, paws crossed she'll head back to blue soon. Neko made a new friend in the house - I'll tell the story tomorrow.

@Julie, Jen - I should know better overnight. The few other times I've said "just another minute" also turned into an hour. :roll: Funny story on the dream testing Jen - I'm sure we'll all dreamed about testing. @-)
