:lol: She's back with the meter hopping, and I swear, this will be the last time. It's a wonder I haven't been kicked off LL!! Well, just to compare and since I still had the Relion Micro on the table and plenty of strips, it tested 112, so 23 point difference. All P's in place, even the lb, and she's very playful. Not too much else new with Maggie. she really needs a nail trim, but I so hate to put her in the carrier and get her all stressed, so I will have to wait until next month when she gets her Wellness check-up. I use only one meter, accucheck-expensive, but trustworthy--
DH is getting an exam today, I will test the meter against his BG(also diabetic)--
Hope you will kick the meter habit someday--It's like cigarrettes :lol:

Good morning guys .. very nice numbers maggie .. We cut mocha and twix's nails here at home .. mocha is ok with it, with twix I need a full bodied hockey goalie suit just to hold her without losing to much blood .. We always let her's grow twice as long as mochas ... Have a great day guys!

Hi Roni, I never thought of filing. she is so sensitive about me touching her feet - it's almost like she's ticklish. She slaps me every time!

Hi Devon, I think it's the same with Maggie and me needing full bodied hockey suit, as she scratches me when playing, not meaning to, but those sharp claws! Have a nice day.

Hi, Ann & Maggie.. happy to hear you are back to the meter you like.. good luck with it.. until you switch again :lol: I agree with Pat ;-)
I trim Baby & Sadi's nails on my own.. you can get a clipper at a petstore or walmart, etc. it doesn't take but a minute or two & they are as good as new.

I know on the meters, I think I'm addicted to my low price strips!

We I trim Tess's nails too. She hated it at first still doesn't like it. I used the same technique as testing, always give a treat. And start w/ just one or two at a time. Get her used to just handling her feet to while she is cuddling.

:lol: Nicole & Baby, you guys are funny with the meters. I really think this is it since I now know my Vet is keeping a close watch. I'm happy with her numbers today. She is eating FF Chopped Grill and FF Seafood Feast.

Hi Ann & Tess, I'm a little afraid I may trim too short if she jerks. I have a neighbor down the walkway with a cat, and she trims her cat's nails. I think I'll watch her next time with her kitty.

The kitties are always jetsetting around the globe for this party or that party.. I say.. Claudia has a great idea.. us beans need to schedule a trip to southern California & do an intervention on Ann.. we will just look for the home that has all the meters & a kitty cat with long nails :lol:

Nicole, I don't think the kitties have been to California yet. Oops! I'm hiding some of my meters right now before I get surprised that it really is an intervention instead of a party. :lol: Glad to see I am giving all of you some comic relief.

I actually think Maggie's numbers IMPROVE when you use the AT!! She was in the mid 100s when you were using the Relion...now look at that lovely AMPS this morning!!

Hi Michelle, I was thinking about today with your DGS. Does he sleep a lot? I have to read your condo to see how Mannie and DGS are bonding.

I was thinking the same thing, Marje, about Maggie's numbers improving with the ATrak. It's hard to believe, but she had a really good cycle today. :lol: :lol: The pic of the strung out kitty is so cute and funny at the same time.

funny on the feet your see DL is the opposite which is why I can test his feet and trip his nails with ease he loves his feet touched but do not dare touch his ears and very nice blue surf for Maggie :mrgreen:
