Increased to 2.25 this morning. No greens so far this morning, but that also meant that I felt okay about going back to sleep at +3 for an hour, so silver lining?

Still sniffly and a bit sneezy today. I sneezed so much on Thursday and Friday that my back and chest/ribs are a bit sore - which has never happened. Disapprove!!

Yikes, sorry you were so congested and stuff. I hate it when it happens. Feels like the head weighs 100lb and the nose becomes the center of the universe.

I never really got the heavy head thing, just the sniffles and the sneezes, which is also weird. And like, 10 sneezes in a row at a time. Big ol' loud ones! So weird.
