Have I mentioned how much I hate cold viruses?? For something so tiny, they sure make our lives miserable!! Makes it hard to take care of DM too since I don't want to take any chances of exposing her. Feel horrible because she told me last night she needed some things from the store, but as long as I have this stupid cold, I don't want to be around her...even to just take groceries
China is being a excellent nurse kitty for her mama though...lots of kitty cuddles is just the prescription to make a bean feel better!

So very sorry about your cold!! They seem to hang on forever sometimes! Glad that China girl is staying close to you and surfing nicely today! Just a thought, in my area some of the smaller stores will deliver groceries to customers. Would there be one in your area that could take your order and deliver it?

I completely understand on that cold! When I had to watch Willow at night and check her every 2 hours I was so sick. I had to change my shirt, pillow and sheets every two hours due to the being so wet, I then had to work all day. I did not think I was ever going to get rid of that cold it lasted two and half weeks. Hand in there!!
I wish! We live in a small town of only about 1000 total population...We have a WalMart and a small meat shop and that's it when it comes to food choices around here.
Over on the "tourist" side of the Lake, they have several large grocery stores that have online/delivery..but of course those are the people who have lots of "disposable income" to spend!
You can lick that virus, Chris! Is chicken soup on the menu tonight? I hope your mom can get a neighbor to help her do her food shopping. You are very smart to avoid spreading your cold to her.

Nice work in the lagoon today. You can take some time off this evening to take care of your mamabean. You know the famous KTSS chicken-soup recipe? Make her some of that. It doesn't matter that she isn't a cat.

Sorry to reply in yesterday's thread, but I am curious about why you wanted to continue testing after PM+6. Does she sometimes throw late nadirs or "double dip"? I think I would have seen that 67 and thought "safe," given a bit more food and gone to bed. Is that sloppy thinking on my part?
