Celi: I cannot tell you, my dear friend, how happy Mike, Gracie, and I are for you. You have brought Binks back from the edge and look at him now. OTJ!!! I can't stop crying tears of joy for you two. And I can't imagine a day without a Binks condo and without you in our lives so you better be there every day. You have gotten me through some of these really tough days and I can't thank you enough. This is just AWESOME!!! Except that I can't imagine a day without a Binkster condo either. You have done a great job with Binks and now it shows. You should be very proud of the both of you. Very very happy for you and Binks!

Yo Binksy! I am so honored to be in your OTJ video. I know I have a lovely tail, but your's is nice, too. After all, you're Manx, man!! The party is gettin' groovy. I'm having a great time, even wearing these red shoes! Moonie and I are going to sing later for our three newest GAs, Maverick, Doodle, and Minuit. Then we're going to dance, dance, dance, and feast, feast feast. I'm so happy for you to be OTJ and I hope you'll love the Falls (but don't forget to write to us). And please tell your mamabean that she can set up shop in my condo, or any condo she wishes--or all of the condos all of the time.
