Wow, and Whoa sum up yesterday fairly well. AM cycle was a really nice blue surf, almost making green at nadir. :cool: :-D PM cycle was, well: holy cow! Mannie was in prime form: mini dive at +2, way down to the 40's where he chose to surf for a bit. :shock: :mrgreen: What a great cycle, even if he did go a little low. I had hoped he wouldn't bounce, but he did... a 399 this morning. (Yay! He missed the red floor!!) I hope he can clear the bounce quickly... paws crossed! What'd'ya think Mannie? Back to the greens and the blues? Your bean likes that plan. cat_pet_icon

It was nice to have my furry purry kitty this morning. :-D He was not all that happy with the poke-a-thon last night. Poor guy! The majority of them were met with heavy sighs, no complaints, just these visible sighs. After each one it was off to the nanner pile for a cuddle, a head rest, a snooze until the next poke. I found him still sleeping there this morning. :cool: :-D :-D Breffis was consumed with gusto, but no fuds dance. Clean plate club status maintained - that bowl was licked clean. :lol: :lol: I would venture to guess that this morning, a rainy gray dreary one, will be spent napping: recovery from last night, and the weather just says napping.

Have a great day everyone. Take a moment to hold your kitties close for a while, remember those have gone ahead. We have lost so many. May there my comfort for their beans in their memories.

It is so sad to hear of mavericks passing ... so sudden, and so sad ...

I say :shock: to mannie's cycle last night .. way to go mannie boy! And look at you already clearing the pink floor by +2 .. Now that's the way to do it ... come on down and surf the greens for a bit .. I love it the most when mocha gives us little sighs, especially after we have a nice long talk with her about doing something .. she's like, for crying out loud JUST DO IT :lol: Have a great day guys!

Happy Tuesday to you guys! I'll be sure to hug my Billy really tight. The loss of Maverick surely affected all of us.

Well, I hope Mannie goes back to surfing soon enough.

HI Devon - morning! I do love those sighs. It's the same with Mannie. :lol: :lol: ANd yes, I hope for a good cycle - clearing the almost red already - so maybe it will be a god one. so very much agreed on Maverick.

Hi Manouk - thx! - looks like he will find a good board to surf on today. I hope so anyways. and I know: Maverick's passing affected all us of us. I feel for Karrie.

Too bad about your rain. We had rain but it has changed to snow as the temp. drops. Another dreary day: this is not the kind of snow you can do anything in!

I feel so bad for Karrie and her DH. Maverick was doing well and they had high hopes that he would get OTJ. And his other health issues seemed under control. I look at the pictures Karrie posted yesterday afternoon and just have to think: why?

Beautiful cycle for Mannie last night, and wonderful that the bounce appears to already be clearing!! Willie actually shocked me last night... jumped in my lap to be poked not once, but twice!! He still ran away the third time, so I think the enthusiasm was temporary. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I too was hit hard by the loss of Maverick... Willie got some extra hugs and cuddles at bedtime last night.

Okay, Mannie... it is time for a gentle glide, right??

I'm in for de beech, Mannie. I'z gonna bring slider mix so I'z can practice mah grillin for Binks' partee!!! Tho, I tink dis time I'z get sum spices off de bean's giant spice rack on de wall. Will need de step ladder, but I'z tink I can do it. I'z lurned on Food Network dat meat chunks/balls wif spices are called kebobs. So if I do dem rite, maybe we can put dem on the menu?? Hi Sherry - I know... it was close to one of his infamous dives. :roll: the green was great - but wow - I know when we go that fast we will get that bounce, and sure enough. he seems to be in a hurry today to get back to those blues and greens. Sometimes slow is not part of his vocabulary. and yes on Mav - such a very sad thing.

Hi Ella - yep last night was fun... :cool: :-D It's been a few since we have had the 40's. I forgot how much he can, at times, really like surfing there. silly boy! We have at the moment a break in the rain - the sun is actually out, and there is some, key word here:some, blue skies! I will have to get out for my walk now before it all turns to the liquid variety. Still snowing here in the mtn passes - no hike trips yet for me... bummer! And I know on Mav - I had been out most of the morning, when I got home I went to pay their condo a visit when I saw her post. Broke my heart - I too was asking why... Sometimes it just isn't fair.

Hi Christie - oh too funny with Willie and the pokes - I am so used to Mannie: he always comes, never ever fusses. sometimes he purrs, others he sighs. He always climbs up on my lap and waits. what a guy: he makes it so easy. not too sure on the gentle glide today - he seems to be in a hurry to get back to the land of the blues.... and I know on Maverick. just at a loss for words...

Hi Michelle and Mannie, so sad about Maverick leaving so suddenly. Karrie reached out to so many here as we can see with all the condolences and outpouring of love. Maverick is free of pain and romping with our GA kitties.

Wow, really nice cycle last night for Mannie and coming down nice and slow, Mannie, okay, no surprises!

Mannie count me in for the planning meeting for Binkster; the beach sounds so good! Mags

NICE....great cycle last night and he's headed down again today. You must have your hands full!!!! Wowza! Having fun with Baby Nicholas???

Mannie...I'm ready to go and guess what? My bean gots some ruby slippers...I can bring those too!!! They don't have those big spikey things on the bottom though. I'm all ready for the meeting and some beach time. It was sure noisy around here today!! I need some peace and quiet!!

Hi Ann - yes, it was. A very sad day in LL. I feel for Karrie - this must be very difficult. She did indeed touch the lives of so many of us. as for Mannie today, it is shaping up to be a nice one. no greens so far, but low mid blues. :-D
