LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Paw Prints Pizza is open and ready for business! They are running a Caturday Catnip special today, in honor of Catmint Caturday - lots of nip in those pies! They have even used their signature nip cheese.
Best order early! WE LOVES NYC!! Thanks Rusty for letting up come and play with you! so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It is my bean's fav! SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of peppermint and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, sprinkled with peppermint chips and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. It was a good one here yesterday. It was very much a water day, what with swimming in the morning, and swimming again in the evening. BUSY!!!! :shock: :razz: I always have travel snacks in the car, Nicholas knows where the "stashes" are. One of his fav things is to munch on my trial mix stash, loaded with M&M's, while he and William are waiting for dad to arrive and pick them up. He is a master at removing all the M&M's. :lol: It was sunny yesterday afternoon, and I was able to open up the car windows while we waited. Those 10 minutes were really fun for all of us. Swimming was as good as it always is. The energizer fishie was in his element. After the PM swim, while we re getting showered and dressed, Nicholas decided he wanted to take some pics. So he did, of the changing room we use. That was fun. He took what he saw before him, and if he didnlt like it, he retook it. We call these photo sessions Nick's Pics time. He still looks forward to our after swim Friday Night Burger Feast too. That is just so fun: burgers and fries, in the car, just him and me, with lots of fun stories. I still love that drive from the pool to his house: 30 minutes of little guy stories, my little back seat driver! Quite the imagination he has. He tells stories, we look for rainbows and sunsets and views of Seattle. Great drive home! This is what a wrote about the day in last night's post: "Hi everyone! hope your afternoon has been great. We did well! sunny skies, sun and a great time in the pool. Nicholas had fun, alot of underwater swimming today from the energizer fishie! He swam two widths of the pool on his own today. Not too bad! We spent a little time with Grammie Connie too, when we went to pick up William. I am so grateful to her for watching William so Nicholas and I can go swim on Fridays. Last word was that Nicholas does want to swim tonight, so looks like we will be back at it in a few. :shock: ;-) ~~~ and later that night: "Hi everyone! hope your day has been good. It was excellent here, just very very longggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg. duh. I cannot believe how tired I am. Nicholas had a great time in the pool, a little slow to start, and I'm not too sure why. tired I think. lol: he swam two widths of the big pool on his own today. That was fun for him. we did swim tonight too, but at lynnwood, MLT was closed for in staff training. anyways - good times for us all. burger pigout to wrap it all up. "
Normalcy in MusketeerVille! What to say about the kitties.... They have been good kitties, and even Lola! Well sorta on Lola... Lola will always be Lola. Crazy fun Lola. When I got home last night I watched run and romp. That is so fun to watch, and so what goes down here on FR nights. Elsa just watches, trying to decide what on earth they are doing at such a late hour. I did get her to join in on one of the romps though. She ran once, chasing Bug down the hall. Not too bad for my senior gal. :lol: :lol: There was nothing amiss when I got home, just kitties waiting at the top of the stairs. Just as it always is. LOVE THAT! Lola was rolling on the stairs, Bug was pacing, and Elsa was just sitting with that stare: where have you been? Definitely a normal Friday night for the kitties. I get a few meows, some leg rubs, they get scritches in return, and then off they go. DH fed them so there was no worry over them producing that "blood oath", they had full bellies and were content... Normalcy in MusketeerVille!
Have a great day everyone! It will be a normal Caturday here: shopping, laundry errands, all those things I never get done when I have the boys. Catch up day! and recovery day from three very busy days with the boys.
Time permitting, and weather, I may go for a short hike though the woods to the shore later today, if it stops raining. :roll: ;-)
