Have a small increase today up to 1.75 Fat unit dose.
Already getting some activity 😳

My experiment the other day putting her supplements in a few teaspoons of baby food failed 😞
She turned up her nose, so I just added them to her food and she ate them.

I ordered some small capsules and I will try doing that to see if I can get them in a small enough capsule. I will probably put it into a pill pocket. I know she likes pill pockets and maybe this will work for us πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
We will give it a shot. I think they will be arriving today from Amazon (always using the FDMB link).

Hope everyone has a relaxing day and safe surfing πŸ„β€β™‚οΈ to all πŸŒŠπŸˆπŸˆβ€β¬›πŸ₯°πŸ˜»

Hi Staci and beautiful Miss Ivy!
She's certainly seeing some action on that increase today--not too low, Ivy!
Is there a reason why you wouldn't keep feeding supplements in her food??
I've got a little dosing dilemma myself. I give Jude a little mixture of liquid supplements in a small syringe mixed with two dry supplement powders and a little bit of warm water to thin it out, and it goes down pretty well. He doesn't seem to mind the taste of it. But I need to start giving him another supplement, a pill, that I could crush and try to put into the current mix, but I'm not sure if it's going to work. Unfortunately, I can't pill Jude--his head is too big for me to get my hand around it to open his jaw. And I can't put it in his food because he and Hazel eat from the same bowls. I've never tried Pill Pockets--maybe I should give that try. Or maybe try mixing into Churu, though they are often hit or miss with Jude. They keep us on our toes with problem solving, don't they?
Hope you have a lovely, restful Sunday, Staci!

Hi Mary,
I’ve always put her supplements into her food and she ate it but she’s been slow to eat lately and I’m starting to wonder if maybe she doesn’t like the taste of some of the supplements.

I do crush a few pills (which then becomes a powder) plus more powders and I use Adored Beast Phytosynergy, which is basically phytoplankton (very smelly like seaweed).

It’s great Jude doesn’t mind syringing.
I just don’t want to pill/syringe her at every meal if I don’t absolutely have to.

But whatever works, keep doing it.
I thought the baby food experiment would be good with the supplements, but that was an epic fail!

I hope you are having a relaxing weekend!
Enjoy all of your gang today πŸ₯°πŸ˜»πŸˆπŸˆβ€β¬›β€οΈ
