Yesterday

I was prepared for much worse this morning, after his rise last night, so that 209 was a nice surprise. He ate a hearty breakfast under the chair in my office, a completely new dining spot. Maybe a new restaurant opened there? :lol: :lol: No yard patrol, he's now napping on the heating pad in Anne's office. We will be taking him to our vet's walk-in hours tonight and hoping there is not a long wait. He needs to get his bum checked. Hopefully an anal gland expression will relieve his discomfort. Paws crossed.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans and grieving beans too, especially Betty who said goodbye to Hank this week. We all miss our GA kitties. Sending calming vines to Sienne, Gabby and Gizmo - the movers are there!!! :shock: Paws crossed for smooth sailing to Columbus. Happy Friday, LL!

Hi! Rupie here just popping in to say hi to the Zener-monster and the gang!!!! Rupie seems to like being in the 150-200 range most days... better than the 350+'s he used to hover in. he seems happier than when he gets down to the low 100's. guess they all have their 'magic' level! glad Zener is doing well!

Nice sunny start for Z. Way to not over react! Funny on the new dining spot. :lol: Good luck at the vet. I really hope it helps the poor guy's bottom. Have a great day!

Oh, the indignities that our poor kitties get to endure;) I hope the vetty goes well and you don't have to wait. You have a walk in clinic for pets? That's neat! I'm glad that you had a nice surprise for AMPS. I hate waiting for the countdown sometimes...waiting for that BG!

That's the way to slide Z-man! You and Tess can hang and think about a visit to the Lagoon later on.

Sending good vetty vines for this evening. Tess says KTSS will be there for a post vet smell removal!

Keep on sliding Z-man. You had a good start today. Although I imagine the vetty, um, procedure, won't help the numbers. Paws crossed for a short line-up at the drop in and quick relief.

As you all encouraged and predicted, an all day slide into the lagoon. :mrgreen:

We'll be leaving for the "expression" shortly after our test, feed, shoot routine. We only live about 10 minutes from our vet clinic, so we can call and get an idea how the walk in wait time is.

Sweet relief! Anal glands were expressed and more than needed it. Paws crossed for no infection. We have a follow-up appointment next Tue. Our vet is amused by my "Don't spray anything on Zener" sign in his carrier. :lol: Lap time in progress. :-D :-D
