Why are weather people only right "sometimes" when predicting sunshine but "always" right when predicting rain?

Ack. I hate the greens at night when you have to get up and test and check. How about the yellow floor Big T, you are so close! Have a good day and hope the weather clears up.

Mr-T! Your bean does not think the pink and green combo is very aesthetic. Blue goes much better with green! Good luck on the dosecrease.
 
Hi Melissa, it looks like a nice slide to almost blue. Come on Tarragon. Oh no on more rain. The furkids must be getting cabin fever! Hope tomorrow is better weather.
