Happy Monday!! The newish dose is doing nice things for Shadow...into the greens finally today on the 4th cycle. I have him 10 Temptations along with his breffis and will have to check him for the two hours before I have to leave. My doctor's appt is an hour's drive away at 11 am. Hoping that the food I leave out will keep Shadow in decent numbers while I am gone.
Don't know how you guys do it when you have to leave for work. I admire your daily decisions!
But I will only be gone for a couple of hours anyway. Everything here is just fine. Same old stuff which is such a good thing!! :mrgreen: Hope you all have a great day! :YMHUG:

Hi Pat, Hope you have a good report today. Be thinking of you. Wish you could come up here and watch the snow fall (oh oh, I just looked out the window and it has changed to freezing rain--that's the WORST!)

Shadow got 10 Temptations with his morning breffis and 10 more at +2. They didn't spike him too hight at all and he kept himself pretty steady for the day. Good to see.
My appointment went well~~blood work showed improved T3 and T4 free readings. Not normal yet of course, but they are moving in the right direction. The TSH is the same. minimal trace. 0.01. I gained back 5 pounds (still not on my face.. I still look like hell but I guess I have a good excuse now at least......LOL) The doctor is keeping on the same dose and I will return to him July 11th. He still was pro RAI 131 but I a still against it. So, I am glad he accepted my wishes and will continue on the Methimazole for now.
I have a dental tomorrow for myself which I totally didn't write on my calendar. It's for 1pm and my vet appt is 11:45. Guess something is going to have to give. There is usually a long wait at the vet office...and the hygienist visit for me n needs to be booked well in advance.I am going to do something about it in the morning....probably reschedule the kitties.
