I knew you could use pumpkin for constipation, but not for diarrhea. The "dose" is start at 1/2 tsp per meal and increase up to 1 tsp after 3-4 days - up to a tablespoon/day. If you google it you can find a bunch of sites that talk about using pumpkin this way. Probably want to find organic pumpkin, but Libby's 100% pumpkin would work in a pinch.
