She is feeling better today and ate a few bites on her own, otherwise I am still force feeding. She had three very soft greyish colored stools this morning. I am hoping all of this is due to the antibiotic, Orbax that I am giving her. In the past she has thrown up after the last couple of doses.

Are you giving Eleanor a probiotic with the antibiotic? Sometimes those ABs can upset the tummy flora balance. Plain greek yogurt if she can tolerate dairy or some of the humans ones work too.

Thank you Wendy. I tried giving her a probiotic a couple months ago and it made her vomit. I will try the plain Greek yogurt.

Just be sure it doesn't have any sugar in it...Greek yogurt shouldn't.

I'm glad she's feeling better and seeing a bit more yellow.

Julie, it's good to see you and Eleanor, although I'm sorry she's not doing as well as she was. I read through your condo from yesterday and I agree that the way to get control of her BGs is to just methodically keep going up in dose. You're on the right track and you'll get her there.

She has a lot more yellow today than she's been having. Fingers crossed that this dose will move her!

Eleanor had a terrible am cycle today 4/5, hopefully this pm cycle will be better again!
