I just knew he was gonna throw that bouncey thingy at me again..
So, we have a lot of ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) and work on finding the green floor once again.

Last night was a bit nervous but very welcomed.. I love the color green.. Heck blue isn't so bad either. We just need
to let Tommy in on that little secret too :lol:
I went ahead and dosed a little early this morning to hopefully give him some relief from these reds..
Nothing like a little "R" to start the morning followed by a healthy 11u of Lantus !! :lol: :lol: :lol:

oh he is handsome - very masculine face! i'd have known he was a boy even if you hadn't told us. he looks kinda Rock Huson-like!

he did so well last night - it tells you that he can get there! be encouraged! this bounce was probably predictable, and it will probably happen more, but tommy will get used to being down there at some point.

What to make of this.. Clearing a bounce, I get it.. Don't shoot a falling number, I get it...
If he's in the 100's at pmps do I hold off feeding and test in 30 to make sure he stops falling? I wouldn't be so concerned if this had happened 5hrs ago.. i know Nadir can be different in cats.. but this is pushing it.. That's the only reason i'm a bit curious and would like some help..
I think I just answered my own questions but some more expert eyes would be cool.. Pmps is at 9pm CST..

You've got a bounce that's breaking. Let's see where Tommy is at closer to PMPS. A lot can happen in 45 min.

Hey Squirrel, Just dropping by to say thanks for the kind words earlier today. I was really at the end of my rope and just to hear someone say something nice....is so helpful. It means a lot and I appreciate it. Your Tommy really is a handsome boy.

Yeah Yeah Yeah, I know we got a bounce breaking.. I kind of thought that.. and boy do i know a lot can happen in an hour.. I was just trying to be prepared so as to not have to be freakin out trying to find someone to give me some advice then.. 223 isn't really any thing to get too terribly excited about it's just the fact of when it's happening.
I'll take the expert eyes off the subject line now that i know the "girls" are aware of my drama..

I'm so glad that Moonie is being so good for you.. It's great that Copper is eating, what ever combination it takes right?
If you guys keep telling my boy how handsome he is, i'm gonna have to get a bigger bowl for his face.. :mrgreen: I think he's gorgeous, but then again i think all of your cats are quite beautiful too.. I've seen them!!!

I'm gonna try this one out. My thought is he still in the 200's.. go ahead and feed then shoot and just watch him for the first 3 hours or so and go from there and be ready for anything.. Like more yellow floors, perhaps blue even...

I like that plan. Be sure to get some early spot checks just in case you need to intervene with higher carb food. History shows that he'll be heading up, so you just have to manage his numbers until then.

OMG Squirrel...I just checked out the photos of all the furbabies. Man, you definitely have an eye. Beautiful photos and I love the different perspectives.

So do you have the rest of your nature photos uploaded somewhere? I would love to see them.
