Radar is frisky and playful today and has been eating well. I'm liking all those pretty blues although I'd also be happy with a bit of green as we approach his "usual" nadir time.

Radar has been green all day which is so lovely.

Purely Out of curiosity, I just checked him at +11 and he's only 112!!! Of course no one knows what he'll do in the next hour but I have never shot a number this low and will need guidance.... unless that number comes up... stay tuned....

As long as you've got plenty of strips, your hypo kit ready, and can stay up for a while and monitor, I'd shoot as long as his number isn't dropping. I can be around for a good few hours - just tag me if you need help.

Pmps was 217 without food. So we will shoot as normal. But now my question is about the dose... this would be his second reduction this week. Do I still reduce? Or hold?

Well, he did have 3 full days since his last reduction. I think you could try it, but be ready to take the dose back up if he starts trending higher.

I'll still be here for a while...just in case he decides to go cliff diving tonight. He probably won't, but just shout out if you think that's the direction he's going in.

Thank you for your continued offer of assistance. Radar has been known to like nose diving so I will be testing frequently and will keep you posted.

It's too early to tell if a pug faced kitty will be at my house tonight... +1 was 341 which is probably a food spike and no insulin working yet... will test again at +2

Radar has decided to bounce now (+2 was 292 )so we can stop testing and crawl into bed.

Actually a bounce isn't always a bad thing this late at night. It does, at least, let you get some sleep.

Rico is good!!!
We had the NASCAR last night!
Does he know he is almost 20 with a heart condition ?
Since I increased the frequency of adequan they are doing even better and they were doing pretty good!
I hope things settle down and I will be posting soon

Oh Jayla I'm sorry to hear that Dre is having difficulty keeping his cute kitty face from squishing.... it seems to be part of the landscape that we just have to be patient about. sigh.
