I couldn't get Racci to the vet today but she has an appt for tomorrow afternoon. She hasn't been crying out today since I added that flannel pillowcase and blanket so it could very well have been the cold floor under her and around her, maybe with her paws hanging on the floor. We'll see what happens tomorrow with a shave, hair trim, nail trim & some arthritis meds and some bloodwork before we pull out the big guns unless the vet sees anything worth examining further. I really don't want to put her under anesthesia unless I have to with her asthma and being overweight and old. I also want the vet to check on her anus again and make sure everything is healed properly since now that the fur grew back it's hard for me to tell.
She really has no symptoms other than the crying in sleep in that one spot and not letting me touch knots which is obvious & since I changed things on that bed today, no crying. Can anyone think of anything I should ask for as far as tests? She's eating, pooping, etc., no signs of nausea.
Thanks.
