Good call, Paula. He's being stubborn about moving down.

C'mon Michael. Work this dose. Settle down, settle in, go for blue...and then we'll talk.

Marilyn and Polly

:arghh:Still in that stinky pink! (pmps 321) Hope this changes by tomorrow. Going up with an increase is very unusual for M. Hope he is o.k. He has slept most of the day although he does sleep a lot.

well...
guess I'll start with Yellow vibes.
and then add some blue.

then we'll just wish.....
yellow + blue make green.

but just a little green.... no drama in the night cycle, Michael.

:arghh::arghh: pmps +2 351 #'s are rising in that awful stinky pink! NDW? This is a first. Never tried the NDW.
Hope these#'s change to lower #'s tomorrow. Michael please work the juice, your'e scaring Mama.
BTW can use Vetericyn on diabetic cats? Michael has a little thingy under his chin that he keeps scratching.
I put some Vetericyn on it and he stopped scratching it. Could this make his Bg's rise?

Here's a little info on New Dose Wonkiness in case you've never seen it

Sometimes (for an unknown reason) the numbers go up after an increase....give him another cycle or two before getting too worried!

The Vetericyn shouldn't cause any BG problems but you can also try Neosporin (since we use it on ears, we know it's safe to use elsewhere) I'd also think that if it's being used on his chin, he can't very well lick it.

A lot of cats suffer from acne too...if he's eating from plastic bowls, you might try stainless steel

Thanks Chris.
Michael eats from ceramic (regular)bowls. Not plastic. He won't eat from stainless steel.

Fred eats from my Fiesta ware bowls/ saucers. Every now and then he gets a black head on his chin. I try to use saucers more than bowls. And I can relate to the pink zone. Fred seems to like it for a while now. I'm increasing dose when I get back from Mexico next weekend. Come on boys. Pink is not your color!
