I actually tested at +5 and its 77. I will test again at +6. Im learning how she reacts to things. I may not have needed the honey, but we'll see how long the food and honey holds her above 50. Im not going to feed her before +6 at least.

A drastic BG of 33 requires the big guns!!! Glad she came up. A +6 is a good idea.

If you get a number under 50, you want to test again 30 minutes after the HC to make sure she did come up. Don't want her lingering down there. A good post to have handy:

Yes, I have that one printed out along with the TR guidelines. Shes down a little at +7 but still above 50 (slightly)

The raw nuggets have about 1% carbs, but have shown to raise her BG enough when it gets low. I did give her honey on both the 30's #'s tho.
Shes 122 at +11 after the honey and nugget at +10.

Almost. I fed her at +10 which was at 6:30pm, with the honey. Pre shot test was just now at 8:18pm, Shes down to 95. Im going to give the 1.5 and hope for the best. I'll do some extra tests tonight.
