Well, Mr Mego left me a little surprise to find this morning. He finally gherked up his hairball that I knew was coming. I believe the process began with some lovely vomit I found next to the food bowl and hairball not far away. Thank goodness for the carpet under the bowl. I'm wondering if this hairball has anything to do with his slightly higher than normal BG this morning? Anyway, I guess we're still in normal range and that's ok.

"Gherked-up" Good word. New word of the day for me. We "urf" hairballs in our house, but gherk is also a good one!

He's looking good after I got home from work. I can see little signs that things might be getting back to normal - whatever that is.
