In fond memory of Hank, who crossed to the Bridge yesterday. I so remember you Hank, and am sorry that it was your time. Fly free little one, on your golden wings. Land softly at the Bridge. There are many GA's waiting to show you around, help you settle. Mannie and Stu, of Two Chef's Kitchen will, I am sure, prepare the best welcoming feast ever. Remember too to visit your bean, send her a sign, let her now you made it, that all is OK. she misses you more than words can say....

Bug and Lola are exhausted from I dunno! but they still want to be working today too at PawPrints Pizza, so..... They have decided that today is TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! Kinda cool huh! They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! What will that be.... I dunno! AND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rusty is in NYC!!!! Pack your bags everyone - we is going to have fun n the BIG APPLE! ! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!

I wanted to take a minute to thank all of you that take the time to read these condos... even if they really aren't FD related. I had someone visit yesterday that I didn't know did on a regular basis. It was then that I realized and thought that I really do need to say thanks!! Hopefully there are things, approaches to life, attitudes, whatever, that can help you all deal with this sugar dance. We are rapidly approaching the one year anniversary of Mannie's crossing... I can hardly believe that it has been a year since I helped him cross. Miss him everyday. Anyways... thanks to you all for visiting. I'm sorry I just don't have much time to visit folks on a daily basis. Do know that I think of your guys all the time.

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here. Our day started out pretty much as they always do... one of Nicholas famous waffles and berries breffis, and bacon.and oranges. I love these mornings, such a grand just hangout together time, Nicholas will at times share some of his fuds with William. Nicholas says his breffis is much better. I have to agree with him on that one. ;-) William gets pureed veggie fruit whatever, some berries, a few crackers or cheerios and milk. We watch one Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, play a game of two on the Kindle, and then we are out the door. What a day! We went swimming yesterday, had a wonderful time. Here is what I wrote last night about the day: "Hey everyone! I hope this finds you well, and that your day has been a good one. We did great! It was an ok day here - weather was as expected: coolish gray over cast with a few sprinkles in the morning. By late afternoon we had sunny skies, a few clouds here and there, and maybe 59. No complaints! Come to find out, when I picked the boys up this morning, that William wasn't feeling well yesterday and part of last night. Bummer! It seems that he caught whatever was bothering Nicholas this past weekend. Little guy was fine today, so apparently whatever was bugging him has departed. William however, spent most of the night awake, not a very happy guy. Which of course kept the rest of the household up, including Nicholas. I had two very tired boys on my hands today. We kept the plan though, Nicholas went swimming, William went to visit the other g/parents. The pool went really well, despite his fatigue. The go go go kid was just that: go go go: ENERGIZER FISHIE RULES! We dd alot of underwater stuff. He loves to jump and and collect things from the bottom of the pool. He's getting really good at it too. By 11 or so he was so tired, that we called it a day, a bit earlier than normal\. We did maybe an hour and 3/4? by then he was done, and told me he was. Nice that he knows when he needs to hang it up. Off to lunch, got his bro, and home for a long nap for both of them. since we all know, Swimming is HARD work! Funny, once again while on the drive home he wants to be sure I know that he wants to do terrace pool too. sheshhh! and that we need to get to the rivers too. yupp, that we do. all before we see his dad.  LOL. it was a good day for him, no pool trail this trip, as fatigue ruled. He just loves to be busy and out and about. William did well today, no signs that he felt bad. He ate well for me, slept when he needed too, and was his usual happy self. YAY! I will post the Picassa link to the photos on tomorrows condo. Have a great night everyone!"

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   This morning things are very normal, very quiet... hmmmmmmmmmmm...... Its like they know the day after I have the boys that the bean is mega tired, so they chill out more than normal. Good Kitties! Once again Elsa has camped out on her spot on the sofa, Bug is in Mannie's bed, and Lola is on my lap. Quiet rules here this morning. I have written this so many times, but it still holds true: the mornings here are my some of my favorite times with the kitties. Stay this way today kitties. It is so quiet there this morning. We all had a great day yesterday - even the kitties. They have been extra cuddly, and extra good. Almost too good. It was nice to have one day where things weren't Lola-ized. OH WAIT! There was one thing....      We are back to the plants. Well, DUH (!!!!) since I got new ones... She was very subtle though. Just a few specs of dirt on the floor around the base of the plants. All plants. Just not one plant, but all the plants.     LOLA! seriously? all of them? But of curse was the reply.... Well, in all fairness it was only just a few specs of dirt... everywhere. She did do one rally nice thins though. We had come home from the pool, Nicholas was napping,ad William was on the floor playing. Lola came in to visit. ad she actually went up to William, as if to say Hello! I sat next to her, gently held her so he could try and pet her, which he did, with his fists!   Lola was ever so gentle with him, let him yank and pull on her fur, pull her ears, and more or less pat her head. She pawed him once, but no claws. He was just so thrilled! KITTY! :-D :-D :-D Good job Lola, well done. Can I say Normalcy in MusketeerVille?

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. The weather is..... I dunno! it keeps changing... like every half hour.... It looks like it will be cloudy in he morning, maybe some sun by afternoon. Who knows what we will do today!  I think I will let Nicholas pick when he gets here, If it is sunny in the afternoon there is little doubt that we will be at the beach/park/river. Maybe up to Snoqualmie this morning to see the trains up close and personal. SWEET!

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!! cat_pet_icon

It's always nice to see how things are going over there, Michelle, and thank you for continuing to share your daily life with us. You're an intrical (sp) part of this board, and definitely a part of this family. :YMHUG:

Please stay safe, and have a great day today if you can get outdoors in the weather breaks. :-D

Morning Angela ~O) ~O) ~O) Hey -many thanks! I so hope on today - right now if looks like the rains will hold off for a bit so we can get outside for some fun. YaHOO! :-D

Sounds like a great day there. Poor guys, not feeling 100%. At least Nicholas got some pool time in. I hope they are both feeling better today. Sweet Lola. I loved the video. Those fur kids sure know when they need to be good and gentle, even crazy Lola. Have a great day Michelle!

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) Me too on their feeling better. We did fairly well yesterday considering, and I do anticipate that all will Eb well today. Paws crossed! Oh yes on the pool. he always seems to find the energy for that, but knows too when to say he's done. so so true on Lola, it was nice to see, even from wild crazy go go go Lola. ;-) THX on today.

Love, love, love the Lola and William pictures :-D She is such a good kitty!! I wish one of mine would come out and investigate the DGC.
Glad both of the boys had recovered by the time you had them. Nicholas looks sooo comfortable in his bed! Really makes me want to take a nap

Hope you have sunshine ~

I'm glad the boys are feeling better and swimming went well yesterday. How sweet that Lola spent some time with William.

I'm glad you still post here and share what's going on with your family. It's nice to be able to read your condos and have a break from FD for a little while.

Poor kids...I hope they are feeling much better tonight!

In all seriousness, we joke about how crazy Lola is, but she really is one special kitty. She loves life, and she obviously loves the boys, too! Not the Elsa and Bug don't...all kitties are special. It's just amazing to know that Lola can be so crazy wild yet so sweet and gentle. Kitties are just awesome. And yes, I did LOL how she got ALL the plants, but just a little bit. Love it!

Have a great evening, Michelle!

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We have been BUSY! One of those days when we never made it back to the house, just kept on traveling and moving and having fun. under siege here, lol. rains hit rather well arounf 3 PM. of course we were out in it. HAHA. Funny, as soon as I typed that line it stopped, the skies parted and the sun is shinning. oh wow on it all. The weather has been OK: it was about 55, cloudy when we headed on out, no rains, so a good deal. About 3 it all rolled in, just as predicted. FUN!. We pulled into Juanita Beach about 2, I thought we might miss it all, NOPE! The onslaught came in fast, winds picked up and we were soaked. Nether of those boys cared either. It really was a fun time... I can look out the window now and see a sunset through the very light drizzle. That is actually rather pretty. We did go to the RR Museum in Snoqualmie. it is all predominantly outdoors, the big trains, and the boys love it. They can actually touch and climb and and under all those trains. It really is a great spot. It was warm enough and nice enough that we ate lunch number one out in the gazebo they have there. Snoqualmie falls is so close that I thought we might as well stop there too, even if it is such a tourist trap. Nicholas was disappointed that the falls are so far away. he so wanted to be up clsoe and personal. So maybe one day I will allow enough time that we can try and get down to the river itself. The weather still was great there, cloudy but warm, so we ate lunch number two on the picnic bench area they have there - that is really nice. Each table has its own spot, nested in amongst the firs. Took a chance on the way home and stopped in at Juanita beach. The skies looked good,. oh HAHA, that changed rather dramatically about 45 minutes into it. It was still a great time. Nicholas was really in his element, what with the weather - he just loved it all. William did well, wasn't too sure about the winds in the face, but he too was all smiles. so.... all in all, a successful day. The only drawback was that we did not make it back to the house at all, short of my ending the day with walking in the front door at 6. Fun time (!!), but a really longgggg day. Back at it tomorrow. :-D  I will post the Picassa link to the photos in tomorrows condo.

Hi Jane - me too! They are so so cute! William just adores the cats. She was so curious, and little phases here, even fists in her fur. Me too on both boys being better - they were today too. I so agree everytime I take those sleeping photos - he is so relaxed! and YES! We got sun!!, some, but it was there. well... rains too!

Hi Carla - Me too on their feeling better - such a relief. Swim was great - I love taking him as he has such fun. hey... thx too on your comments - t is one of the reason why I keep doing it, just to share, give folks a break from how involved FD can be. I so remember the days, five years of it, with Mannie....

Hi Amy - THX, they boys are much better, and back to being themselves. YAY!!! We had a great day today. Ya know, YHX,and right you are on Lola. I really do enjoy her, for all the reasons you stated. She is unique, and I am ever so glad she lets us adopt her last year. I truly think Mannie led us to her. and me too on those darn plants... she made her statement. too funny!
