Good Morning LL
Nothing unusual for Checkers this morning. Himself got his drink in the bathtub, then went straight to the LB, got litter stuck to his legs and feet, then got cranky with me, for cleaning it off.

The guy has a thing about anyone touching him below the waist. The mama isn't happy about him getting snotty with her, for helping.
Acupuncure should be fun on Friday. *sigh

Come on down from the pinks Checkers! What a crazy guy. Tarragon hates having his belly touched. I missed it that you were going to try the acupuncture. Good luck! I am very interested to see how it goes. Have a great day Barb!

Do you keep the bathtub filled with water for Checkers? I have difficulty imagining him balancing on the edge while he drinks!

Checks, you should wipe your own feet if you don't want your mamabean to touch them! Good luck with the acupuncture, Barb. I hope it will help calm down Checkers' pain a bit. I'm sure that warmer weather will help, too.

Cold here this morning. We even postponed our paddle until this afternoon. It's a beautiful day and I hope it is in your neck of the woods also.

Kitties are funny about their little feet, aren't they? Years ago, I had a vet tell me the best way to get cats to take that nasty hairball gel is to smear it on their feet, and they'll lick it off. Yeah, right...sounds like Lesson #1in how to become your cat's enemey :lol: !

Half my herd loves to drink after we're done using the shower...we call it "Shower Licken's" here :lol: :lol: ! I swear, they wait in line for the honor. Crazy cats!

Checks may surprise you with the acupuncture...fingers and paws crossed it all goes smoothly for you!

Hey Barb: Maybe Checkers is just waiting up on the pink floor for a few hours until Rupie joins him (from that darned red floor) for a diving competition? who knows?

Come on Checks, you were getting such pretty numbers for awhile. It's time to show that going through that dental was worth it!

Cleo (GA) used to have to drink form the bathroom sink every morning. That's when our #1 bathroom rule was established: THE LID MUST ALWAYS BE PUT DOWN ON THE TOILET! Very upset kitty if you didn't! :shock: :lol:

Checkers is so handsome!! He is a crazy kitty. Very funny on getting mad at you for cleaning his feet, does he hiss at you?

I hope he's very well behaved for his acupuncture, he just might surprise you!

No Tracy, he doesn't hiss at me, the brat tries to bite me.
He knew I was mad at him, and stayed away from me for a while.
Maybe it was the yelling about his driving me to the poorhouse, and won't even let me touch his #%& royal feet!!! :lol:
I was out for a while, and he was all over me, when I got back. Maybe he thought I ran away. :lol:

Oh, and he peed on a basket of clean clothes yesterday, probably because it was next to the socks I just took off, after walking around the house of a friend with a cat. GRRRRRRR!!!!

He's in the doghouse today. grr_red

Checkers, Checkers, Checkers.... don't you know that all the other boy cats are laughing at you 'Pretty in Pink'???? :lol: try at least the 'yella' floor, cos that rhymes with 'fella' and your pal Rupie is there, at the moment. Did you see the Cat-a-vator that Binks posted on Rupies condo? he so wants one now but I think our boys would use it for evil... not good! :twisted:
 
What a silly boy! I'm sure he doesn't want to clean the litter off of his feet and if he doesn't like it, then he shouldn't walk in his litter with wet feet!

I agree -- an increase seems in order.
 
Checks? Litter on your feet? peeing in the laundry? ooooo - I bet your bean was mad. omg barb - he is keeping you busy. and Mannie does that too with the litter - drives me nuts and I too get the fuss over the feet touching to clean them up.

I hope the acupuncture goes well. My friend does that - and miraculously when those needles go it the kitty calms right down, I hope it is the same for Checks. I will be anxious to see how it goes. I do so hope it helps him.

He's so handsome! I hope the acupuncture this week goes well.

I also agree he could benefit from a little extra juice!
