4/3 Alfred AMPS/108 +3/68 +7/69 reduction soon?

Hello...I haven't been posting daily b/c I'm still travelling and Alfred is at my friend's house. She's doing a great job with him and is getting some more mid-cycle tests today and tomorrow as she has days off.

My last post

I'm hoping to keep seeing these of numbers and be able to reduce again. Tonight will mark 6 full cycles he's been on .25U and the numbers have looked pretty good. He's tossed in two numbers outside the 50-120 range, but do you guys think I should have her reduce to .1U on Friday (would be after 7 complete cycles)?

I appreciate a look at his SS and whatever advice you can offer. Thanks in advance.

Just as an FYI, there are 2 cycles in a day. Alfred has been at 0.25u for his 14th cycle (almost 7 days) after his shot tonight.

I think your friend can try the dose reduction. Without mid-cycle data it's very hard to know exactly what's going on. Do you think she can get a before bed test every night?

Right, I knew that. 2 cycles a day.
Okay...I will ask her again to try to get a before bed test every night.

I'm away for nearly another 2 weeks. Would there be any reason to wait on the reduction if she is only to keep getting the few tests she's been doing? Once I get home, I'll be able to test as much as needed.

Without spot checks, it's really hard to know where Alfred's numbers are and how low he's dropping. I'd sooner that she reduces for safety reasons. When I travel, I drop Gabby's dose.
