I took a quick look at Ravan’s labs. They look pretty good. Great job getting the Phosphorus down!

His potassium is a bit on the high side as his calcium. The ranges are for Antech so if your vet uses a different lab, then they might be within normal range but they are likely on the high side of it. You aren’t giving potassium, right? Because if you are, you should stop giving it. My guess is the calcitriol is raising his calcium level. It would be worthwhile to check his ionized calcium and be sure the calcitriol isn’t causing that to be elevated.

It would have been nice to have a CBC so you could see how his hematocrit is doing. His ALT is still high but consistent with the last test for it that you have. Again, if your vet uses other than Antech, it might be in or closer to normal range.
