Good Morning, Everyone,

Looks like Rusty is coming down from yesterday's bounce. We'll see how the day progresses. He had a good night and a good morning routine and at present is lounging on the couch listening to the Duke Ellington 115th birthday celebration on WKCR (24 hours of Ellington--heaven!)
All is well here. The sun is still shining, but rain will come in this afternoon and last the rest of the week. bbl. Gotta get out for a walk before the rains.

It's good to see Rusty is breaking his bounce this morning! Very nice that he enjoys Duke Ellington, too!

We're getting rain later today, too. Enjoy the sun while you have it!!

Woot! Back to the blue grotto for Rusty. Looks like it may be a blue surf day today. Hmmmm... Bring on the BMG?

Enjoy the Duke Rusty. The three musketeers say they will bring pizza to help you celebrate his birthday.

Enjoy your walk, and that sunshine. We are due for a few days of sun and 70/80 weather. Looks like I will need to get the boys to a river this week. :-D

Rusty is definitely a BLUE(s) cat today. Sounds like a pretty nice way to spend the day.

I hope you got out for a walk in the sunshine today.

Hi again,
Rusty is working on breaking his bounce, but we have a bit of a spike tonight. He had a good day. I had a good walk this morning to the post office. This afternoon I went to get my hair cut, but the woman who cuts my hair went home early, so back there again tomorrow. It's pouring rain now and temps are falling into the 30s.

Our friend Jean's surgeries today went well and she is no longer intubated and got to eat applesauce! She has more surgeries scheduled, however. Hopefully she'll be moved to a regular room next week. Please keep those vines coming! I know that they are helping.

Rusty and I have been listening to Ellington all day. He's asleep right now, so I don't know how much he is hearing! Edward is working on his new iMac and loves it.
