Yesterday

Hi Everyone,
This is a really late start. The day has been crazy. Rusty has quite a range of numbers, but he is feeling good, eating well, and enjoyed lots of outdoor time. He managed to eat about half of his lung treat, but was not overly enthusiastic.

Today is the anniversary of Duke Ellington's birth, so we have a 24-hour Ellington birthday broadcast on WKCR that we are listening to. Fantastically interesting music. I've been running around all day and doing chores, so now I'm going to veg out and have a beer and listen to Ellington recordings from the '30s and '40s.

p.s. It is a beautiful, warm (in the 60s) day today and we have our porches open for the first time since last fall!!
