Good Morning LL!!
Today I headed out for a peppermint white mocha. Dang they are mega good!
My little Miss Elsa has turned into a snuggle bunny. ;-) All. the. time. well seriously, I really don't mind. She's taken to sitting with me when I read or I watch TV, or sits on my lap when I am on the computer. I can't quite decide if it's becasue she really misses Mannie and doesn't quite know why he isn't here, or if she is just trying to care for her Bean who she senses is a times a bit sad. I think it's a little bit of both. So we accept all we can get, and return what she dishes out. Kinda nice!
Thanks to all that visit these LLips condos... It is appreciated. It is a good way for me to keep in touch with everyone, and post the photos etc that folks want to see. I'm glad that this seems to be workng out. We are doing OK too, and thank you all for asking! I still miss Mannie. I still go to do FD stuff without thinking. I think sometimes those are the saddest moments. Well we quickly replace them with happy ones, and remember what was special about Mannie. Doesn't take long - all I have to do is look at the nanner pile! Thank you all for caring as much as you do.
Yesterday we had another low tide here, so off I went to explore the shore some more. I headed north this time, which is a great beach walk. It tends to be more open that the route taken the other day, more sandy areas, not as many anemones (In fact I saw none yesterday), but it does have ALOT of clams... all kinds of clams... It was a great time! I think I did about 9 miles total. I ran into an old derelict ship from decades ago, that rests, and in some spots rots, on the shore. Kinda nice to find these old wooden vessels. Here's the Picassa photo link: Low Tide: Meadowdale to Picnic Point and Beyond....
Have a great one everybody! Enjoy your Monday. No clue yet what will be here - maybe a hike if I can find a sunny windless spot away from home. SWEET!
