Just when I think I'm ready for a new pen or possibly an increase...WHAMMO! :shock: PJ PARTY!! @-) This is technically his third drop below 50 on this dose, but they have been pretty far apart so I wasn't sure if I should try a reduction. I figure it was pretty hard to get him out of the 40s last night, so what the heck? We're gonna give it a try. We can always go back up. Buster threw up some food very early in the morning. I think maybe the HC gravy was too rich for him. He ate 1st and 2nd breffis like a champ cat_pet_icon

Yep, I'd always go for a reducie when they fight coming up from low numbers. Work it, Buster!!! Have a great day, Tara!!

You might as well join the crowd Tara!

My decision to reduce China was pretty much the same..she'd dropped below 50 3 times, but not close together so I was asking the same questions. I ended up shaving the dose instead of taking the full reduction since her past history is so lousy on holding the reductions, and so far she's doing great!

Sure would be easier if they screamed at us that they needed the reducie, but of course we also don't want to see those super low lows either.

We are a hard to please bunch, aren't we? :lol:

Congrats on the reducie. I hope Buster will like the new dose. I'm glad the vomit didn't affect his eating breffis.
