Glad to hear from you! I was getting worried as Olive was not feeling good yesterday, and you had not posted this morning! I thought you were at the vet maybe!

I gave some phsyllium (sp ?) husk and she has gone some more. Only ate half her dinner so far today. So I'm hovering again.
 
I was looking for news as well earlier today (I guess that's what you get for having to be somewhere right away this morning :p). I hope she continues to do well and that's she's just grazing right now. She really bounced right back after that NS, didn't she?! Come on Ollie! Keep up the appetite!
 
Sorry to hear about yesterday and Olive not feeling well. I was out of country (left at 4AM for a race in Washington State), so wasn't even on yesterday. However, I have a couple comments. First, when kitties are off their food, it's still OK to give a smaller dose, maybe half. Kitties undergoing anesthesia still get 1/2 dose when they cannot eat. Insulin is used for more than just countering the carbs in their diet. Good to see you tested for ketones to stay on top of it.
