Good Morning LL! This =3 is lower than she was all day yesterday, but the Wellness wars continue. She's eating a bit, but not cleaning it up like she was a week ago. Other foods seem to be going down better, but I wanted to simplify her foods so that I could be sure that Tess's numbers were not being effected by changes in food.

WCR All 5 Ps and Perky as well. When she started getting fussy over food she was acting grumpy and aloof. Tess is back to a happy lap cat now so I think that's what's really important.

Good luck with the fuds - she sure can be picky, can't she. And I know what you mean on the fuds. I too have been trying to simply what I feed - just a few basic ones. all in an attempt to get a better reading on fuds vs carbs vs BG's.

Tess! Did you hear about Rusty??? He may have to evacuate - the storms are bad and their roads and bridges are in danger. It's got to be scary - we should go and rescue him!! He says he has a boat.... I dunno though. There is safety in numbers. You in? And then maybe we can go to Gracie's?? what'd'ya think? ~~ Mannie

Hi Ann, Good idea to limit the types of food to try to get a handle on how Tess reacts. Rusty gets Wellness Turkey almost exclusively (except for a teaspoon of FF Turkey & Giblets at bedtime). He likes it a lot, but doesn't care for the Wellness Chicken. The FF T&G he loves (but I think it tends to spike his numbers, so he only gets it at a safe hour, as a treat).

Yea! Tess is down to the blues with a 170 @ +7. She ate her last breffis at 11:00 AM (+5). She finished it but it took a little coaxing with some sprinkles. At least she is eating the Wellness chicken again. :mrgreen:

Yeah baby!!! Way to go Tess!!! Yes, these girls are on a teeter totter with Mannie. There's usually two high, one low or two low, one high. Crazy kittens. Hope you all have a great night.
