My schedule now since I started working is the same. I've upped the dose to see how it goes but I'm a little scared because I'm barely at home and I have a lot of things to do with the doctor's baby too. I hope it goes better with this dose and I don't get any scares ... as soon as I finish the lantus I would like to switch to levemir but I still have 2 pens of lantus left ... and I have little time to monitor.
