Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty had a good night. He ate all of his nighttime food, snuggled with his beans, and this morning we had a good test, shot, breakfast (first sitting eaten), lung treat, schmooze, and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator. He enjoyed his breakfast of FF T& G and Wellness Turkey, so I guess he is not boycotting the old fuds in favor of Canidae.
It's a beautiful day (the first one in a while) for our first paddle of the season: on the Stony Creek Ponds. This will be a short, afternoon paddle. We are about to go out to put our canoes on the car and get our gear ready (Edward can't find his paddle gloves).
We won't leave until after +5, so we'll be able to see how Rusty is trending. He seems to be over his malaise of yesterday. I think it was just one of those days.
Wishing all a good day. Please keep sending healing vines and prayers for our friend Jean. She is having multiple surgeries/pinnings on her leg (femur).
