Edit: I was just remembering my conversation with a past FDMB member and they asked how old Ming was and I said 8-10 years old. They pointed out I'll be doing this for a few years it seems and I hadn't thought about that before! From what I can recall, the ages of cats on the forum are "older". Of course, if I have to do this for the next 10-12 years, I don't mind if it means Ming will be with me for that long But it also means if our whole family ever decides to go on vacation, we'd need to find a really trusted person or vet practice to care for Ming while we're away. My only hope is that when and if we do decide to go on vacation, Ming's numbers will be very pretty and stable. Wishful thinking at this point, but I believe it'll happen even if it takes years lol
